Two detectives appear at the scene to corner it off from the public.

DETECTIVE ANDERSON- Looks brutal doesn’t it Detective Kidson?Seems we have another tough case on our hands.

DETECTIVE KIDSON- We should get this cornered off straight away, no need for a big fuss from the locals around here, they aren’t the nicest of people, previous experience.

INT POLICE STATION INTERVIEWING ROOM AFTERNOON

DETECTIVE KIDSON- Interview start time: 1:15 pm, 15^th October, 2010, Mrs Robson, suspect of Mr John Robson’s death.

DETECTIVE ANDERSON- Good afternoon Mrs Robson could you tell me where you were on the 14^th October, from morning evening.

MRS ROBSON- I was at home, I got up in the morning cleaned the house, made the dinner. In the afternoon I argued with John before he left for work, he’s been accusing me of lieing and being unfaithful for weeks now.

DETECTIVE KIDSON- Did he just shout at you Mrs Robson, or did things go further?

Mrs Robson- He hit me, he has done many times but I’ve never spoke out.
